The Empower program, in partnership with UNDP, will support women entrepreneurs in North East India by providing virtual assistance through structured webinars and online training sessions. The focus is on business acceleration techniques and digital transformation tools, with the goal of equipping women with the skills needed for successful entrepreneurial growth and expansion.

About
The programme aims to virtually mobilize and train 800 women entrepreneurs across 8 North East States in 8 cohorts on growth and digital transformation pathways.
Eligibility
- Women founders or co-founders of enterprises* registered in India(<5 years)
- Women holding senior executive roles in an enterprise
- Aspiring women entrepreneurs/female students who wish to start their business
Takeaways
- Certificate from UNDP post submission of Baseline & Endline survey, Assessment on LMS
- Access to course materials and session recordings for 3 months post training
