Course Module:
DAY 1: Breaking the Matrix- Fundamentals of Graphic design and visual communication design thinking.
Objective: Shift participants’ mindset from “software operators” to “strategic designers” who solve business problems.
Day 2: Make the world Stop- the science of brand identity design, typography and colour
Objective: Learn branding, typography, and color theory from a business & user psychology perspective (not just aesthetics).
Day 3: Designing for Marketing- Print and digital media
Objective: Apply design principles to real-world marketing assets that companies actually pay for.
Day 4: Branding and Selling yourself as a Graphic Designer
Objective: Learn how to get real work, Master Client brief, present your designs, handling clients, pricing and build a successful career.
Note: The classes will be for 2-3 hours per day. Every day participants will get a Hands on Exercise to do during their workshop
Last Day fun Event: Pencil Design Studio will conduct a DESIGN ROAST session on the the 4th day. During this each participant will present their past work and there will be a live critique of those in a fun-filled environment.
Who can attend this workshop:
1. The participants must have basic knowledge of using design tools like photoshop, illustrator etc
2. Age group: 18- 25 years
3. Must Carry their own laptop for the workshop.

Best participants from this workshop will get to work on paid assignments with Pencil design Studio as free-lance designers.
